2. SURVEY RESPONSES AND CONDUCT
Pre-Call Survey: To maximize the effectiveness of our consultation, completing our pre-call intake survey is mandatory. Failure to provide complete or accurate information may result in the immediate cancellation of your scheduled call.
Professional Conduct: We maintain a professional environment. We reserve the right to terminate any meeting or cancel any future appointments if a user exhibits abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.
3. COMMUNICATIONS (SMS & EMAIL)
Consent: By providing your phone number and email address during the booking process, you explicitly consent to receive automated operational messages, including confirmation links, calendar invitations, and meeting reminders via SMS and email.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS text reminders at any time by replying STOP to any message. You understand that opting out of reminders may result in missing critical update links for your consultation. Standard message and data rates may apply.
